Most embarrassing gig: I think it was a the gig in the 'Blokhut' in Rotterdam where beacause of a powerfaillure the keyboards were detuned with 3 notes. It gave a surprising effect when the whole band started the first song together. In fact it was so surprising that we all stopped playing to tune again and started the show for the second time... then it went well, nerve-wrecking!

Lucidity is the impressive debut album of Delain, a unique gothic rock project initiated by
(ex-Within Temptation) keyboardist Martijn Westerholt. He has surrounded himself with a number of extremely talented musicians such as:

guitarist Jan Yrlund (ex-Lacrimosa) and
Norwegian vocalist Liv Kristine (ex-Theatre of Tragedy, Leaves' Eyes). A number of renowned Dutch rock musicians contributed to the project as well:
